1. First of all you have to download and install Internet Download Manager( I recommend you to IDM 5.18) to your pc.

2. Then go to this link http://www.mymoviesite.org/index.php
3. There you will find thousands of movies and TV shows. Just click a movie and there you will find many links for that movie. Go to one of those links and press play. Then you will find a small button saying download this video. There you can download it to any where on your pc.
I suggest movshare links for downloading movies and stagevu and loombo links for TV shows.
You can download videos at the maximum down speed that you service provider allow.(for 512 your down speed would be at 56).
You can pause the download of any video and start new one using IDM.
If you failed to resume a video by normally you can still resume that download by following steps.
1. Go to the link where you were trying to download the video.
2. When click the download button and you will receive a msg saying the download location ect.
3. You should copy the URL from that and press cancel.
4. Now go to IDM main window and find your halted video. Right click and go for properties.
5. Replace the URL with the one we have copied before. Now click resume download. You will see it starts downloading again.
